Metel Limited is a company that provides a wide range of immaterial services and supplies spy software programs for Pc, Spy software for MAC and Spy Software for Smartphones (Android OS, Apple iOS, Symbian OS and BlackBerry OS).
These General Conditions applies to all relations between you, the Customer, and Metel Ltd., the owner of this website and the provider of the services and products you request.
Submitting any order to Metel Ltd. and / or more simply making a payment to Metel Ltd. you give your implied consent to these General Conditions and you accept unconditionally their content. You also confirm that you have read and fully approve these General Conditions, relieving us from any further obligation to inform you about them.
We may change these General Conditions at any time without obligation to notify anyone. In the event of any conflict between these General Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these General Conditions shall prevail, unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
1.1 To perform any order the Customer must provide to Metel Ltd. all the information requested and necessary for the correct execution of it. The lack of any data requested by Metel Ltd. will void the order.
1.2 In the event of void order Metel Ltd. will refund the already versed sums for the supply not performed (transaction fee may apply). The Client won’t have the right to any other reimbursement or compensation. Contrary, Metel Ltd. will has the right to debit the Customer with a service fee for the wasted time, stated the Customers' responsibility.
1.3 To order a Metel Ltd.'s product or service, the Customer can choose between emails and online orders through this website. No other method for placing an order will be accepted.
1.4 Metel Ltd. reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any explanation. In such case, Metel Ltd. will inform the Client and will refund the already versed sums for the supply not performed. The Client won’t have the right to any other reimbursement or compensation.
1.5 After an order submission and relative payment it is not possible to cancel the order, in any case. Our automatic system will processing instantly your order, preventing us to cut off the process.
2.1 Any invoice raised by Metel Ltd. will be VAT free for any kind of Customer, Individual or Corporate, across the world.
2.2 Metel Ltd. has no obligation to raise the invoice for the received amount. If the Client desires the fiscal documentation, he must ask for it when placing the order or within the month by emailing to email@example.com .
2.3 Metel Ltd. doesn't store any Customer data, nor on web browsing neither locally for accounting, audit, archiving or anything else. The Customer must request the invoice within the month of payment. Late requests can't be satisfied.
3.1 All the products and services provided by Metel Ltd. have to be paid in advance. No exceptions allowed.
3.2 If the Client will pay one or plus services in advance, but he can't take advantage of it/them for a Metel Ltd.'s lack, the Client will be eligible to claim back money. Transaction fees may apply.
3.3 If a reimbursement is due, the Client has only the right to get back the versed sum (less any transaction fees). No any other compensation or refund will be acknowledged.
3.4 Payment methods accepted are:
- credit cards / debit cards / prepaid cards, through Paypal system;
- direct payment through Paypal account;
- bank wire transfer (EUR currency only);
3.5 In event of overdue amounts the Customer will incur in penalties and additional fees. A standard interest rate of 13 percentage points (13%) p.a. will be charged. Additionally an administration fee of € 15,00 will be charged for each payment reminder. Finally, the debtor could also be called to settle court fees and intermediary's debt recovery fees.
4.1 All the prices shown on this website are ALL TAX INCLUED. No VAT, no additional fees, etc.
4.2 Any Bank refund (partial or total) is subjected to a service fee (requested by the Bank to perform it). The Customer accepts this charge without opposition.
4.3 Any Paypal refund (partial or total) is subjected to a service fee (requested by PayPal to perform it). The Customer accepts this charge without opposition.
4.4 All the prices shown on this website are actual prices. However, it may be that there is an increase in prices not shown quickly on website.
4.5 In the event of a price increase not shown quickly on website the Customer will be informed asap. He can decide whether to pay the additional amount and proceed with the order, or to request the return of the amount already paid and cancel the order (transaction fees may apply).
4.6 Advance payments don’t avoid from any price increase.
4.7 Advance payments are not eligible for discounts. Discounts can be discussed from time to time and according to quantities.
5) Products and delivery
5.1 All products and services are to be considered as custom. As custom services, they aren't redeemable.
5.2 Metel Ltd. isn't the software manufacturer or developer. It can't be held responsible for any lack or fault about software functionality (temporarily or not); It can't be held responsible for any inefficiency, lack or fault about any software features nor for any delay in its running. The Client voluntarily give up any right to claim back anything from Metel Ltd. .
5.3 Metel Ltd. can't be held responsible for any inefficiency, lack or fault (temporarily or not) about GSM/GPRS/UMTS and so on networks. The Client voluntarily give up any right to claim back anything from Metel Ltd. .
5.4 It is only Client's burden to verify and to be sure that ordered/purchased product is suitable for his needs and compatible with his device, firmware, etc. Metel Ltd. declines all responsibilities.
5.5 The delivery of spy software will be done by emails, cloud systems and other electronic ways only.

5.7 Products are generally delivered within few hours next to order and full payment. However, it is possible that the delivery can take up to one or two days if something goes wrong with manufacturers. We'll update you accordingly.
5.8 The Client has no rights to request to be refunded neither indemnified for any delay in software products delivery.
6.1 Head office is closed to public and it's not possible at all to meet Customers and/or Suppliers there.
6.2 Representative office in Monaco (MC) is closed to public for privacy and security reasons; it's not possible at all to meet Customers and/or Suppliers there.
6.3 Any meeting with Customers and/or Suppliers can be performed only in Monaco (MC), at a business center nearby our offices. The price of the conference room is totally charged to the Customer (the amount will be communicated in advance to him).
6.4 A fixed amount established in € 150,00 is requested to the Customer as remuneration for our time/work.
6.5 In relation to points 6.3 and 6.4 , the relative amounts are to be paid in advance, prior the meeting, and they are not redeemable nor deductible from ordered work amount.
7) Warranty and right of withdrawal
7.1 Metel Ltd. sells immaterial services and special delicate products. Therefore, there isn't any warranty (by us) on products.
7.2 If any warranty applies, it is provided directly by the third party developer/manufacturer. It's his own responsibility and with him it has to be solved.
7.3 The technical and working characteristics of the products are those pointed out by the manufacturers. Metel Ltd. isn't responsible for the truth, correctness and completeness of the provided information and declines all responsibilities.
7.4 Stated that all services and products sold by Metel Ltd. are "special", they are to be considered custom products. For this reason there is no right of withdrawal offered by us on them. If any right applies, it must be checked only with manufacturer/developer, and with him solved.
8.1 In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
8.2 Should any term or provision hereof be deemed invalid, void or enforceable either in its entirety or in a particular application, the remaining parts of these GC and the terms and provisions thereof shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
8.3 The original English version of these CG may have been translated into other languages. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail.
8.4 These GC and the relationship between you and Metel Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of The Commonwealth of Dominica. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, voluntarily giving up any right to appeal to other courts.

9.1 All Content included in this website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is property of Metel Limited, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. You acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable International intellectual property and other relevant laws.
You can't reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from this website.
9.2 This website may contain links to other sites. These sites could be under the control of Metel Ltd. or not. However, we don't assume any responsibility for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.
